I've started going to the gym again, after a brief absence inspired by laziness and the flat-out inability to listen to one more sweaty guy in a mesh shirt grunt while doing curls. This is good, because I was just about to undo all the good work I accomplished this spring. However, since I was being a lazy bones and now have extra-squishy muscles, I need to be extra careful not to injure myself.
